By using HomeWOD (homewod.fit), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. What HomeWOD is

HomeWOD is a free AI-powered workout generator. It uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to create personalised exercise routines based on the equipment and preferences you provide. HomeWOD is a software tool, not a personal trainer, medical practitioner, or healthcare provider.

3. Medical disclaimer

The workouts generated by HomeWOD are for general fitness and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified doctor, physiotherapist, or other healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme — particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, have a pre-existing medical condition, have recently had surgery or injury, or are returning to exercise after a long break.
• Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, joint pain, or any other unusual symptoms.
• The prenatal and postnatal workout modes include safety guidelines, but they are not a substitute for individual medical advice. Always get clearance from your midwife, OB, or women's health physiotherapist before exercising during or after pregnancy.
• HomeWOD does not account for your complete health history. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and capability.

By using HomeWOD you acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risk of injury, and that you assume full responsibility for any risk to your health, safety, or physical condition arising from your use of workouts generated on this site.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use HomeWOD for lawful, personal fitness purposes only.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Provide accurate information when subscribing to email workouts.
• Unsubscribe using the link provided in emails rather than marking them as spam.

5. The service is provided free of charge

HomeWOD is free to use. We do not charge for workout generation. Optional support via Buy Me a Coffee is a voluntary contribution and does not grant any additional rights or guarantees.

6. No warranties

HomeWOD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, that workouts will be error-free, or that workouts will be suitable for your specific fitness level or health status. AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate — always apply common sense when following a generated workout.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HomeWOD and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any workouts generated by it — including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of income.

8. Intellectual property

The HomeWOD name, logo, and site design are the property of the site operators. Workouts generated for you are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell or republish generated workouts as your own product or service.

9. Third-party services

HomeWOD uses third-party services including Anthropic (AI generation), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Google Analytics (anonymous usage data). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
